Job Purpose

We now have an opportunity for a bi-lingual (Dutch & English speaking) HR Business Partner to work at our site in Naarden. In this role, you will be responsible for HR activity at our Netherlands sites and employee groups within, to support the company’s strategy to drive value to our customers, create opportunities for employees and add value for shareholders. As a strategic partner, this role supports developing organization and talent strategies, leading the change management initiatives needed to enable those strategies. This is a hand-on role where you will be expected to partner with leaders as well as provide everyday HR support to our employees. This role will be office based in Naarden with flexibility to work occasionally from home.

Job Responsibilities

This is an exciting role, where no two days will be the same. You will be partnering with site leadership teams to align current and future business needs with the HR strategy and ensure alignment to the overall company strategy, culture and values, in addition to:

  • Partnering in implementing organizational talent planning and talent acquisition strategies
  • Ensuring the proper roll out of HR processes within the assigned sites and employee groups (systems, performance reviews, engagement, etc.):
  • Supporting the performance management of staff and manage employee relations as necessary
  • Identifying people or capabilities gaps (e.g. performance, talent, compensation) and developing targeted solutions for the assigned employee groups
  • Integrate and partner with global and local HR colleagues in the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation to implement solutions and help scale the business
  • Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions within the assigned sites employee groups
  • Assist employees as needed
  • Monthly Reporting
  • Payroll activities


Requirements & Qualifications

Ideally you will have at least 5 years' of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment, as well as:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English language
  • Possesses well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Passion to empower team members through training
  • Ability to work in a high paced and multi-task environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous although not required as we will provide training

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or HR Related Field
