Job Description:

From understanding the customer’s problem statement to assisting and working closely with the Sales & Pre-sales team in responding to customer inquiry including RFI, RFP, proposals, collaterals, documentations up to providing the best solution for our product during customer evaluation and bidding process, at Darwinbox. The interns equipped with HCM Solutions play a critical role in the success of every sales pursuit we make. Darwinbox’s Sales Solution Intern provides the necessary support by working closely with the account team throughout the sales cycle.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the solutioning via being adept on RFIs, RFPs (Request for Proposals), Product collaterals, legal documents during the customer evaluation and bidding process.
  • Collaborate with sales team throughout the sales cycle and to remain up to date with latest technology advancements and sales process/administrative task.
  • Assist and collaborate with Account team on client proposals and collaterals – PPTs, documents, business processes etc.
  • On some occasion He/She needs to also attend the meeting with customers/prospects along with the Account team.


Requirements:

  • Master degree is preferable
  • Proven ability to work and effectively communicate executives and line of business representatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept in MS PPTs and MS Excel. Ability to convey the thought process in various formats like PPTs, Docs etc.
