Job Description
- As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
- Responsible for directing the development of company marketing programs.
- Responsible for assessment of potential markets, product life cycle planning, coordination of technical product development, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities and product launch.
- Activities may include: technical sales support, product advertising/promotion, planning, developing, and implementing multiple channel programs, directing the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s).
Qualifications
Experience Required
- 5+ years in the Foundry industry managing segments, customer, supplier or partner relationships, ideally with deep understanding of consumer, industrial, and/or storage chips addressable with advanced semiconductor technologies, who can translate application-level needs to silicon, IP, and package level requirements.
- Business development experience including product positioning, messaging, competitive and market segment analysis, contract negotiations, pricing.
- Technical understanding of process technologies and design enablement solutions as it relates to foundry business model and pricing
- Experienced in cross-functional and highly matrixed environments
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, with business acumen/experience is required.
- MBA preferred.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
