Responsibilities
Managing the Subcontract Management function with the allocated resources covering activities related to Proposal Stage Construction Cost Estimates, Project stage Awards of Subcontracts and Post Award Subcontracts Management on Project Sites.
Sr Subcontract Manager may be responsible for multiple Proposals and Project Awards or located on Project Sites leading post award administration life cycle of activities.
Overseeing the Subcontracts from a Commercial Lumpsum turnkey EPC perspective, having a holistic view of the objectives and expected outcomes of the departments and the projects.

Qualifications / Skills
A graduate / master's university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Contracts.
Experience in Proposal Tendering and finalization of Subcontracts, and Post award administration and management of Subcontractors.
Substantial experience in International markets with some in the UAE/GCC markets preferable.
Experience of Onshore Project Site Construction is essential.
Experience of Offshore Industry, Modularization will be an advantage.
Possess good dispute resolution and claim management experience.
Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with Subcontractors, Partners and Company staff.
