Position Summary

The Moore Law Group is seeking a creative problem solver with a coding mind who loves to breakdown processes and understand how to make them better. As an IT Systems Process Analyst you will be expected to update and enhance the firm’s system of record which is a proprietary programming language. These system of record updates may include template updates and creation, process flow creation and enhancement, report creation and generation, and overall automation. You will be an integral part of the firm’s success and contributor to its key strategic initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Help architect new process flows for firm. Includes process mapping, working with impacted departments, and writing logic within the firm’s systems of record for implementation
  • Assist with designing and developing new automation within system of record
  • Assist with maintaining and upgrading existing automation within system of record
  • Assist with system of record related help desk tickets, and responding in a timely matter
  • Assist with troubleshooting automation issues in the system of record
  • Assist with template creation and enhancement
  • Key contributor to firm wide strategic initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Possess the ability to determine the level of effort to accomplish requested tasks
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with remote employees
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to the challenges and needs of the organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior legal experience is a plus
  • Experience with SQL Queries
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience with Collect Max
