Spreetail is seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with our Chief Technology Officer and Engineering/Product leaders within our Software & Technology Department. How you will achieve success:
- Assist with maintenance of workflow tools, including the Atlassian suite, specifically JIRA and Confluence.

Orchestrate and manage Chief Technology Officer and VPs of Technology calendars- Organize executive and Divisional meetings, including reminders, pre-work, content gathering/generation, in-meeting notetaking, and follow-up tasks.
- Manage conflict resolution by handling scheduling conflicts, overlapping priorities, and other potential problems.
- Organize executive tasks and assist in time management activities.
What experience will help you in this role:
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented individual that can effectively prioritize tasks and projects.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
