Your area of responsibility:

- Support on customer marketing activities respecting the brand guidelines based on agreed marketing calendar
- Support in organising trade fairs and road shows
- Controlling regional POP distribution, cases stock and delivery, maintaining stock overview
- Management & Execution of Visual Renewals for all clients
- Creating sales supporting materials, brand & collection materials, communication tools to sales representatives;
- Executing general administration & customer communication activities (information mailings, new sales representatives, Christmas cards & gifts, translations and adaptation of English contents in local language)
- Tracking & Management of Vendors’ payments (SAP)
- Support on digital solutions – development/execution
- Taking on own small projects and campaigns
Your profile:
- You are currently studying with focus on one of the following fields: Marketing, Business, Communications or related.
- You work independently, can organise yourself well and approach new tasks proactively, whilst being reliable and a team player.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German as well as good English skills.
- You are confident in using MS Office package tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams etc.)
- You bring in an open mind as well as willingness to learn and imaginative and creative personality.
- You have the passion to contribute with own ideas, to implement new things and to make a difference.
- You have a considerable interested in fashion and keep up-to-date social media trends.
