Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pace Packing Machine Operator to join our fast-paced food processing industry. As a Pace Packing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the Pace packing machines used in our snacks manufacturing unit. Your primary goal will be to ensure the accurate and timely packaging of our snack products while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor the Pace packing machines to ensure smooth and efficient production of snacks.
2. Set up and adjust the machine settings, including the filling levels, sealing parameters, and labeling requirements, according to the specific product and packaging specifications.

3. Load raw materials, packaging materials, and labels into the machine, ensuring proper quantities and adherence to quality standards.
4. Conduct regular inspections of the packing machine and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and maximize uptime.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues during the operation of the machine to minimize downtime.
6. Ensure the quality of packaged snacks by conducting frequent checks for accuracy in weight, sealing, labeling, and overall appearance.
7. Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal machine performance and minimize waste.
8. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular cleaning of the packing machine.
9. Collaborate with the production team to ensure the efficient flow of snacks from production to packaging and maintain adequate supplies of raw materials and packaging materials.
10. Complete production and quality reports accurately and timely, documenting any issues or deviations from standard operating procedures.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including hygiene, safety, and quality
guidelines, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
12. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the
implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience operating and maintaining packaging machines in a food processing or snacks manufacturing environment.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy and quality.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production targets.
6. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report any issues.
7. Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
8. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is highly desirable.
9. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
10. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
