Your role- Provide application support for TIBCO Spotfire, Veeva Vault SafefyDB, Veeva Clinical Vault, Elluminate, and Global Biostat SAS – handle Level 2 user requests
- Handle application operations support such as primarily business incident and service requests, administrative tickets, SOP-based operations
- Focus on problem management, low/medium complexity configuration management, proactive maintenance, and Knowledge Base support topics
- Act as a point of contact and liaison with engineering, SaaS vendors, and infrastructure teams as needed on Level 3 issues in coordination with the Service Owner/ Manager
- Evaluate current application setup (Veeva, Spotfire, Elluminate, SAS platform) and optimize user access, access control, and performance
- Implement a self-service strategy as an Administrator (setup and management), information links, access control, etc.
- 4 years of experience working with TIBCO Spotfire, Veeva Platform, Elluminate administration, and application support
- Expertise in configuring and using Spotfire for pharmaceutical clinical data and medical monitoring dashboards
- Skills in configuring, setting up, analyzing data, and administering e-clinical data solutions (preferably on the Elluminate platform)
- Experience training users, resolving day-to-day issues, and coordinating with TIBCO, Veeva, and Elluminate technical support
- Familiarity with SQL/ BI/ DWH/ ETL concepts and tools
- Previous work with setting up and administering biostatistical platforms such as SAS
