Summary:

The work schedule for this position is:


  • Full Time (40 hours per week)

Duties

The incumbent operates the Consulate's receiving points, located at the Consulate Office building and the Warehouse in Ueberacker. All furniture deliveries will be received at the Ueberacker Warehouse. All other deliveries will be received at the Consulate.


Incumbent receives and inspects all types of expendable and non-expendable property. Assists storekeeper and warehouse staff to move furniture, supplies and equipment and assists during inventory process.

Requirements:

Prior Work Experience:


  • Two years general office work/clerical work in an office or warehouse environment with receiving responsibilities is required.

Education Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.

LANGUAGE:


  • English good working knowledge speaking & reading is required.

  • German good working knowledge speaking & reading is required.


SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


  • Must have a class B driver's license.

  • Ability to lift moderately heavy weights is required.

For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.


The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
