We are increasing our international expansion efforts and portfolio of service offerings. In this newly formed position, your core focus will be to strengthen our brand and positioning in existing and new markets, build compelling sales and marketing content, and play a central role in our exciting international journey.

About mnemonic

mnemonic responds to the region’s most serious cyberattacks. We work side by side with Europe’s most important organisations and critical infrastructure to protect them from the cyberattacks they see today, and what they can expect to see tomorrow.

At more than 350 employees, we are amongst the largest pure play security companies in Europe, and continue to grow rapidly in Norway and internationally. In addition, we are continually ranked by Great Place to Work as one of Norway’s and Europe’s top workplaces.

What you will do

  • Define, develop and convey the message, value proposition and positioning of mnemonic and our services, collaborating closely with sales, marketing and technical service departments
  • Create content for and further develop external-facing sales and marketing tools, including service descriptions, brochures, datasheets, case studies, presentations and the website
  • Assist in developing and executing our go-to-market strategy across our service and product portfolio
  • Monitor the market and trends through input from internal sources, such as the sales and marketing departments, consultants and service departments, and external sources such as industry analysts (e.g. Gartner), industry regulations, competitor monitoring and feedback from customers
  • Organise customer forums and/or participate in customer service meetings to collect feedback from customers on our service delivery, the value our services have for the customer, and the customer’s purchasing decisions for choosing our services
  • Identify and provide feedback to service departments on potential improvements and enhancements to existing solutions and services

What you will bring

  • You are eager to build compelling value propositions and content in the fast-paced and constantly evolving cybersecurity industry
  • We expect you will have several years’ experience working with sales and marketing material
  • We expect applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds, which may include brand or product management, sales or technical pre-sales, B2B marketing, or other related roles where you developed and executed go-to-market strategies and/or developed value propositions in products and services
  • You will likely have a bachelor or masters degree focused on industrial economics, marketing, business or technology
  • You have excellent communication skills and a strong command of English, both written and spoken. Ideally you can also communicate fluently in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language
  • You can dive into complex information to identify the commercial value, and communicate this in a clear and market-friendly manner
  • You are creative, analytical and service-minded
  • You work well in a team, take initiative and are a self-driven person who takes responsibility for their own role
While advantageous, it is not a requirement that you have experience within cybersecurity or the technology sector. You must however have the desire to learn and gain insight into this field, and are willing to work to develop strong knowledge of our customer segments, solutions and partners.

What we can offer

  • An informal and pleasant working environment that provides opportunities for growth, influence and variations in tasks
  • Competitive salary, share program and bonus scheme that promotes a long-term employment outlook, including attractive pension and insurance coverage
  • Opportunities for relevant professional training (courses) and conferences
  • We place a strong emphasis on workplace well-being and teambuilding through social activities, events and trips with colleagues. In addition, we have an inclusive environment that promotes work-life balance and accommodates to families. Our HQ is centrally located in Solli plass with work from home opportunities
  • A workplace that is ranked as one of the best in Europe. In Norway we have been amongst the top 10 workplaces for 10 years in a row. This year, we won our category!
