Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to achieve targeted sales volume and market share.
- Customer Relationship Management: manage all pre-sales and post-sales activities as per customer requirements.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and respond to their queries and grievances.
- Conduct business analysis to identify business growth and sales potential, track customer preferences, and develop a sales forecast.
- Acquire market intelligence, identify new leads, and come up with a strategy to enhance the customer base.
- Ensure that the sales operations team maintains the file of each customer with an updated customer profile, all related communication, sales history, sales contract, and service scope in the Customer Account Management Application.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders (including Project Management Team, Finance, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customers) as per the pre-sales, sales deployment, service, billing requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business I Computer Science I Electrical Engineering I Telecommunication from a tier one university with CGPA above 3.00
- Fresh or up to 2 years of relevant experience in IT, Telecom or other related services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to perform well under pressure.
- Strong research & analytical skills.

Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
