Career opportunity-based Woodstock Ontario for an individual who will enjoy travelling and providing services primarily to the dairy industry.
This company specializes in providing solutions to slippery floor conditions in livestock facilities by using a specialized process of traction milling which aids in providing a safer environment for both the livestock and the workers.
Working in environments generally associated with dairy facilities, duties will include the operation of the traction milling machine and small power equipment such as pressure washers, power brooms and sweepers as well as conventional brooms and wheelbarrows.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to get to Woodstock office and a clean driving record are essential since you frequently drive company vehicles to and from work sites, contact and schedule work with clients and attend trade shows to make contact with potential customers. General math skills are required along with some computer experience for input and maintaining work records and communicate work details to the head office.
Occasional travel from home over night and to other provinces on occasion as per demand. Agricultural background experience around dairy cows a real asset. This position is on call and best suited for someone who can be away from home for 2-4 weeks at a time. A great way to see the country while working.
