Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible in achieving maximum sales and profitability, growth and account penetration by leading, directing and motivating the Distributor Specialist.
  • Supervise and oversee the activities of the Distributor Specialist.
  • Assist the National Sales Manager in planning, formulating, executing, managing and monitoring of company initiated and store related promotions, strategies and activities.
  • Assist the National Sales Manager in overseeing, monitoring and providing support to the Credit and Collection activities of the Distributor Specialist.
  • Establish and or maintain a very healthy business relationship with all customers handled by the Distributor Specialist.
  • Conducts regular communication and visit to ensure that all concerns, questions and request of the customers are properly addressed.
  • Coordinate with the National Sales Manager and HR & Admin. Department on production orientation, training and other training needs of the Distributor Specialist.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business course
  • At least 2 (two) years experience as Sales Supervisor
  • Has a background in FMCG

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
