Our Client , is in the Construction Industry located in the East has opening for Project Admin

  • 5 days work week
  • Variable Bonuses
  • Meal Allowance+ Transport Allowance+ Mobile Allowance

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and record regular meetings
  • Create and update workflows
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Track expenses and forecast future costs
  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  • Measure and report on project performance
  • Act as point of contact for project team and facilitate communications
  • And other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years experience
  • Hands on experience with flowcharts, technical documents and schedules
  • Able to work independently and meet the deadlines as required
  • Prefer engineering background or relevant experience
  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
