The Coffee Club Avondale is looking for an experienced Caf Manager to join and head our team. This is a full-time role and requires a dedicated professional, who has excellent customer service skills, passionate about coffee, and who has the ability to lead a team in achieving higher goals and maintain the standards of The Coffee Club Franchise.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily day to day operations of the caf including opening and closing in the absence of the Franchisee
Staff Rostering
Manage customer complaints and provide positive outcomes
Work on the floor, make quality barista Coffee, serving and taking orders and workin the kitchentocreate menu items.
Stock Ordering and Inventory Management.
Staff Training, Mentoring and Health and safety

Ideal Background
At least 2 years of relevant Caf Management experience in hospitality.
At Least A New Zealand Diploma in Hospitality Management Level 6 or equivalent
Knowledge and Experience of Quality Barista Coffee
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to demonstrate quality food Knowledge and Allergens
Must be available to cover weekday and weekend work.
This is a full time position offering a minimum of 30 hours a week with a pay rate of between $27- $30p/h
