What part will you play?
In your role as Scrum Master/Project Manager you will…
manage various Scrum Teams with a strong focus on customer success- continuously develop your skills and increase your knowledge regarding business processes and technology
- advice and support the development teams in the scrum process
- represent all relevant scrum teams, organize and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Sprints, Daily’s, etc…)
- support a holistic testing approach including automated and manual tests
- ensure high quality with appropriate KPIs and follow-up activities on the teams
- plan, manage and maintain the scope, timelines, and respective progress for all scrum related teams and their products
- define the scope, budget, quality and timeline of the projects and manage them along their duration
- prepare effort and cost estimates for the implementation of new functionalities in SAP and integrated solutions
- determine project costs in close cooperation with the requesters, Business Partner Managers, Enterprise Architecture Team and other involved parties
- take over the communication of project status information and initiate necessary escalation appropriately. Through professional risk management, they highlight possible consequences, options and decision-making possibilities
What you need to make real what matters
finished degree in Computer science, mechanical- or electrical engineering or comparable education- long-term experience as ERP Scrum Master or Agile Project/ Product Manager
- broad functional understanding of Business processes, e.g., Finance/Accounting, controlling, logistics and/or reporting and basic knowledge of the SAP modules
- strong analytical skills, initiative, motivation and the ability to work in a team.
- minimum 5 years of experience successfully working as project manager and as a team member of a development team
- advanced knowledge in modern SW development approaches, state of the art interface and cloud technologies
- being able to design technical realization concepts based on new technologies
- long-term experience in leading function-oriented project groups on an international level and enjoy working in and being part of international program organization with virtual/multicultural teams
- high English language skills
The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 3.921,29 and will be higher based on the amount of experience.
