JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their innovative team in the Civil Engineering industry. The company is dedicated to delivering Social Infrastructure programs that help fulfill the promise of Vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA offers unique opportunities to work on complex programs and bring visible change within the Kingdom. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to support program objectives
- Generate reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance program outcomes
- Monitor program performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies
- Identify, compile, and analyze program data to support decision-making processes
- Develop and manage project and program budgets

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SAS, R, Python, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management principles and techniques
