College level, gradueta of any course or holds a certificate in culinary
At least 5 yrs. working experience in Food & Beverage Production operations and last 2 years in same position in a middle sized property
Possess strict implementation of standards and safe work practices in food preparation
Has the ability to create an environment of teamwork and regards value on staff training, coaching and discipline
Creative in the invention of new dishes, can control food cost and wastage

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
