Manage the communication channels for the Territory Head to all stakeholders

Support retail audit updates to Territory HeadResponsible for all reports , letters and memo’s translation in Arabic and English
Daily record keeping and filing of documents
Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly
Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence
Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, attend meetings and keep minutes
Providing detailed information about the business and working nature of the organization to the clients
Plan and arrange travel schedules and reservation for the superiors and executive management as needed
Ensuring that the organization policies, rules, and regulations are followed properly
Delegating the information to the required department in the organization in a timely frame
Handling confidential documents while also ensuring their security
Providing direct support to Management team as required, particularly in SMT meetings
Generate regular reports and update databases
