The position

Our current methods encompass a wide spectrum of techniques, including Bioassays, ELISA, DLS/SLS, PSD, THT test, FT-IR, Western blot, and Southern blot.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Daily work in spectroscopy techniques: UV, fluorescence, and FT-IR.
- Conduct experiments using light scattering methods: DLS/SLS and PSD.
- Perform ELISA assays on diverse sample types.
- Responsibilities include sample running, assay validation, troubleshooting, and assay optimization.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position we imagine that you have:
- An education as laboratory technician or similar
- Laboratory experience preferable within ELISA or spectroscopy and interest in biological assays and/or biophysics
- Ability to handle both the boundaries of a GMP environment and the uncertainty of unknown samples, experiments, optimizations
- An interest in automation, digitalization, or programming would be considered an advantage.

About the department
PS API Manufacturing Development (MDev) is organized in Product Supply API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients). The area holds a key position between development and production with responsibility to support and develop the different PS API production areas. In the aepartment MDev analytical support, we support Quality Control laboratories and support process development by analyzing samples from our sister department MDev Process Support.
